    Default Drow KotC

My first pally build, never even rolled one before in 3 years of playing.

I tried Human and Elf builds also in the character planner, but Drow seems most favorable for high dps build.
Enhancements are at lvl 20 'cause I was lazy. Just want to make sure I have the right lines, then I'll do them by level.

Character planner would not let me take Divine Might IV even though I have 4 AP left and meet all the prereqs...odd

I think I invested in all the important enhancement Lines. Or did I miss one?
322HP should be in around 450 with +6 Con item, +3 Con from a shroud item, tome, etc...

I took extend as the last feat because I found nothing better....OTWF maybe?

Plan to use Rapier and shortsword...and some of my scimitar collection where slashing weapons are required.

DM IV requires a BASE charisma of 20 from your planner you have a BASE of 18 (16 +2 tome)

EDIT: A quick read of the enhancements.

Drop Paladin Charisma III and pick up extra LoH II & III

thx. base CHA 20....how did I miss that? DOH.

2 more LOH worth more thatn 1 point of CHA, I can see that.

How about investing into extra turn undead to use Divine Might more often?
Again, first pally. How many turn undead at lvl 20?

Base turns is 3 + Cha Modifier. Usually plenty before you need to shrine again.

No Bulwark or Resistance of Good? Giving the entire party +5 AC and Saves is the greatest asset you can bring to a party.

Also suggest dropping the Faith path - the Drow's faith is pretty weak. Also second recomendation to drop the Cha III, even CHA II if you can get even with a +1.

    And no drow Rapier enhancements?

Other than that the actual build looks solid. Enhancements are the hardest problem with Paladins, the lack of AP and all.

Vulkor avatar is a requirement for KotC III. Can't do without.

Rapier enhancement was a thought but its only +2, I think that end game I'll miss on a 1 only anyway.
AC and saving throws for the party are nice, but lack of AP ...

AP's are hella tight. But I think he meant the rapier enh for +2 DMG, not the to hit.

More DMG is always the perfect gift. However, you may not find points for even one point without giving up something else you really want. It also depends on how much you really use rapiers.

I went with Khopesh on my pally to avoid the whole temptation. LOL
