Additional Account

I have been a long term player - almost 3 years.
I am trying to add an account for my son.

Ive followed all the instructions, downloaded and no where can I find a product key.

Every question and road block takes me to the same circular string of sites - which is annoying beyond belief.

This is extremely frustrating for such a simple task.

Help

Even the help strings don't recognize 'second account' or 'additional account' or 'multiple account' - and those that do take you right back to: - you got it input your product key.

'Don't have one? click here - which takes you to the download site, which I've done, and still, no product key.

I'm sure there is a simple solution, but the fact that it eludes an experienced player is surely costing you new subscribers.

I believe creating new subs without a product key has been disable until the Sep 9th when the game opens up for new players.

I suspected, but wasn't sure one had anything to do with the other.
Nonetheless, I will try in a couple of days.

Go to Game Stop and buy a copy for $5. You will get a product key in your hands and no non-VIP issues. I did this for my wife and one of my friends(it was a month ago so I'm not sure if it'll work the same now).
