Elf FvS using scimitar question

How do you get to being a valnar elf and using the scimitar enhancements.

I'm having trouble sorting the prereq's. Follower of the undying court is available to paladin and cleric per the compendium. Is it also avail to FvS?

Can you be a scimitar weilding, valnar elf, pure FvS without spending a feat on scimitar? (And not get the -4 penalty.)

Edit: did some more research. Looks like "favored of the undying court" is a class feat at level 1. This should grant the scimitar feat. Does it allow you to take the rest of the valnar enhancements with no issues? Thanks again.

Yes, favored soul feat will get you scimitar prof. at level 1 then you can take all the elf/FvS enhancements for it.

Your lvl 1 class feat determines which path you follow, including favored weapon and capstone (if you buy it).
