Monk unarmed + Tempest still not working?

Since the release of mod 9 does monk unarmed fighting still not benefit from ranger tempest attack speed boost?

When they announced that the TWF feats would add attacks to unarmed Monks, they mentioned that the Tempest bonus would not apply to unarmed attacks. It makes sense, both because Tempests are masters of using two weapons and unarmed monks aren't using any weapons, and because the extra AC and attack speed boosts are probably a bit much when combined with the features of the monk class that boost the same things while using an attack that does 2d8 points of damage plus full strength bonus on every strike.

If you want the benefit of Tempest, dual wield kamas.
