Acid Fog Broken?

Acid fog is no longer slowing mobs?

Anyone else seeing this?

It still says it slows movement in spell description.

Did you notice the damage being lower than normal also?

I redid some enhancements for more spell pen, so I didn't have enough left over for the acid/lightning enhancements (I am fire/cold specced) so my damage is already lower than it was last mod

And since the slow effect isn't working, I haven't really used it enough to tell you if it was lower damage.
