Cant install

Sorry if this have already been posted, I cant find.
I just downloaded the DDO instal with no problems, but i cant instal it, it appears an error and i dont know what it means.
"access violation at address 00418107. read of address 000000C0''

I run Win Vista ultimate 64bit
2gb ram
video gforce 8400 gs

I have to download it again or it is something else?

Please help me. I really want to play

Im getting the same exact message as wyvern claws. When i double click the icon to boot up the game it gives me and error that says "Runtime error (at 39:363): Access violation at address 00418107. Read of address 000000C0." This is really bugging me. Help! Won't let me play )=.

When i try to reinstall the game an error pops up saying "Another instance of this program is running", so that doesn't work. When I try to uninstall it however, an error tells me I do not have permission to unistall it which is just terrible. Help.
