Shield Blocking Bug?

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I shield block while tanking, and my animation is showing me shield blocking but at times I am only getting the passive dr of 4 instead of the SB DR of 35 I have. This is happening randomly, usually it works fine but two instances now last night and today it happened.

Did you debuff the mobs?
I found that if you debuff a monster too much sometimes his negative penalty turns into a positive.

Was weird and Ive only tested it on kobolds but when this happens it totally bypasses your DR.

Wow that is wierd. It was Sulo today so he was definitely debuffed but not to the point of 0 stat of course. I forgot where it was last night. But its like Im standing there blocking, blocking the damage and then all of a sudden even though I never stopped blocking and my animation still is blocking my toon takes damage and grunts as if he were just standing there. I lift off the block button and put it back on it doesnt work.

Is there a cap on how much damage you can resist per quest lol because thats what it feels like. It seems to happen later in the game after a lot of blocking. I tried shields with and without alchemical on it I dont think thats related. Also switched from towers to regular, toggled the stalwart stance.

Thats crazy. At least I know its not my shield block finger lol. But theres no way that Sally could be debuffed to swing for 0 damage!
