Password Recovery Problems

Generally how long does it take Turbine to generate a new password when you use the "I forgot my password" link? Turbine has confirmed that they have the correct email on file, but I have not received another email from them after trying to reset the password.

I did check the trash, spam and inbox folders

Sometimes Email Addresses will be listed as "bounced" if we receive a few delivery failure messages or bounce back Emails. Once this occurs Turbine will be unable to send Emails to that address until we update the associated account.

Please go ahead and try to use the "forgot password" link located at http://myaccount.turbine.com again. It should send you an Email now.
