Nuke/Healer Build Help

I was thinking of building a FvS for the new server and i want it to be a nuker/healer. I like healing but what to kill **** too.
the base stats i was thinking all level ups in wis - 8/10/12/10/18/16
the feats i need i think are - empower / heighten/ maximize / toughness /spell pen
i don't know what else to take and need the order to take them
and i need help on the spells i have been away for a few months and don't know what spells are worth it.

If you are shying away from melee then those numbers look okay. I would reccomend dropping Charisma a little bit and putting those numbers into Con.

If you are talkin about just BB\Cometfall\Flamestrike I would drop the spell pen for quicken too. IIRC the only things that spell pen are going to really help you out with is destruction\implosion.
