Mouselook is engaging when it shouldn't be.
Nothing else removes mouselook except:
- Use a Logitech Trackball.
- Set button zero (left button) keymap to Attack/Orbit.
- Set button one (right) keymap to DDO Classic Interact/Steer.
- Set button two (middle/wheel) to Block.
- Hold down W to run forward, while holding down button one to steer.
- While moving, press button zero to swing weapon.
- Stop moving. Mouselook has engaged, with no notification in the chat. Roll the ball around to move the camera in mouselook view.
- Press T, which normally turns mouselook on. Expecting it to turn mouselook off, it shows a chat prompt "mouselook enabled". Indeed, mouselook still is enabled. Pressing T again actually does disengage mouselook, with an appropriate prompt in chat.
Note: Replacing button one (right) with either MMO Interact/Steer or Action Interact/Steer replicates the issue. Also, replacing button two (wheel) with anything else, as above.
- Press button zero to swing your weapon.
- Mouselook disengages, with no notification in chat.

Final thought: Under the Keymap menu, there are buttons labeled Clear along the right side. After selecting certain key configurations, the color of the Clear buttons either turn brown (matching the color of the left side buttons) or orange. What does the orange denote? It should be stated that my issues listed above leave me with an orange button to the right of the Attack/Orbit selection.
- Attack/Orbit does not provide constant weapon swings while button zero (left) is constantly depressed. It does provide swings per each click, however. This was bug reported as soon as the "Press and hold to attack" was released, quite a while ago.
