    Default All Worlds Closed

    Yesterday I opened a VIP subscription with DDO and dl'd the new DDO:UE client. All the install and updates worked flawlessly. When I attempt to join the game, the check goes through as normal and I enter my name and pword which seems to connect w/o a problem. On the world list however, the worlds begin as an empty diamond, then all turn to show closed. Its been doing this for 2 days constantly, regardless of if I have my firewall and router running/connected. Anyone know what gives. Or was I too late to get the headstart, and I'm locked out till the 9th?

    Same issue here as well. VIP sign up today (Sept. 3rd) and unable to login to any servers.

    Default arg no worlds listed

    Same with me, BUT I did the update, everything was kosher, I even played normally Tuesday night till 3 am...
    Then Wednesday I try and log in, I enter my user name and password, and NO Worlds are listed...at all. Nothing, zip, zilch...nothing listed.
    I have been playing non-stop since game launch...needless to say I am ****ed.

    bump, going on 48hrs with no customer response email either... Glad i paid that $15 subs fee

    Hey guys real quick, take a look at your account and under subscriptions see what is says. I'm wondering if the purchase of VIP, especially off of old accounts being re-activated or VIP off of free trial account keys are not registering right away because of the free game time. In effect, your VIP is not being acknowledged due to the timer on the free play time not being up.

    I also have the same problem I think, when I log-in all I get is a bunch of server names with "do not enter" symbols (a red circle with a white line in it)... when you cursor over them it says "closed"

    Mine is a blue bar that says "FREE" at the end of it... =/

    It was a Beta account... but I thought those were supposed to be able to get into the headstart as well...

    Obviously destroys my theory. It's a shame they don't get this solved, Turbine even created a sticky thread about it but has given no additional feedback. I hope it gets worked out for you guys.

    Same problem here. I am listed as having a free account but when I am in the launcher all the worlds are listed as closed. =p

    Angry same problem

    Looking for an answer to the same problem.

    I downloaded the earlier Stormreach client, and the game updated itself to the new Unlimited version. All updates appear to be ok.

    I log on normally. However after log in, all the game worlds / servers are CLOSED. Red signs everywhere and I can't get into the game.

    Help help and help some more. Call in the calavary.

    btw. I am not a VIP player.

    Had this issue on this account. Went in and created a new account today all worlds are open for the new account. I guess if you made your account during beta it cant get in haha.

    Default All Worlds still closed

    Free to play has gone live, but still every time I login allworlds are closed, Red dot with a minus sign in it. I see where some people indicated they updated and it resolved this for them, but I don't have any optionto update and installed the latest download.

    Ok, created a new account and it is working.

    Same thing is happening to me. It happened during the beta and I just gave up. And now it is happening. I just finished an install.

    Same here. I just recently signed up for the unlimited free play and would like to use this account that I created several years ago. However, all of the servers are listed as closed (red circle with white line through it).
