Turbine points missing

Was not happy with the silent, slow way this was handled but happy that it is now.

I know it has only been 24 hours (+/-) since this went live but has there been any comment or info from Devs about when we can expect to see our missing Turbine points??

By all the calcs I do based on Turbines info, I should get 2999 and so far I have exactly 600 (250=bets, 250=used beta store, 100=favor).
No points for being a vet from March 2006 or anything else.

I did file a report and am patiently waiting but I have seen nothing today.

Otherwise, mixed bag on the release. A lot of awesome game tweaks, so far like the new quests and area, lag for me seems better, whats with the hidden spell nerfs (haste???).

The only thing about these points that makes me say *** is they have had forever to take care of this prior to launch. They even had some free time between going gold and launch. How can these points get so screwed up? They cant be that hard to calc and apply as many people got everything they were promised.

Any reply would be nice.

I did and have not seen any replies since yesterday on it. I know they specifically mention the 999 for being subbed on a certain date but they make no mention of the VIP/years of service points.

I am not panicking, just keeping it front and center.

I mostly believe they will take care of it EVENTUALLY, but how long should we have to wait? If we dont keep asking, will they let this slip?

I remember when the Auction was first launched and they had a MAJOR snafu. If you did not enter a buyout amount, someone could buy out your item for ZERO gold. It happened to me (like many others) and I even called and spoke with someone at Turbine who assured me they would take care of it and I would be compensated. Not to worry as they could track this stuff but NOTHING ever came of it. No items returned, no coin, no letter in the mail box saying sorry, nothing, nada zip. This after they told us (me directly from a real live human) that they would get it sorted out, not to worry.

But still, why does this have to be fleshed out now, its not like they haven't had enough time to calc these and apply them and some people have all of theres so what gives?

So, I will keep politely asking whats up until this gets resolved. And by resolved I mean everyone who is owed (because Turbine promised it, not because were special or its a god given right) gets every point Turbine promised. Period.

I am and always will be dis-trust-ful (stupid filter) of Turbine when they say something will happen.

So... Devs, any word on this yet?
Are you working on it and getting each player one by one and it will just take time to get everyone? Wait my turn patiently?
Are you scratching your heads wondering what happened and how to fix it?
Are you ignoring it hoping it goes away?
A little more information for those of us waiting please.

One more point....

I realize they are still hammering out some server launch/connection issues and that obviously is a priority.

But as we are constantly reminded by Turbine and players alike, forum mods don't do customer service, tech guys don't do customer service, coders don't do customer service, etc... So it most likely isn't the same folks who are troubleshooting the technical glitches as would be the same group working on getting the points out.

If you didn't have your points and have received them now, post here and tell the rest of us. Give us hope.

Me also, at least i got enough for favoured soul but no new hairstyles for me with no turbine points and at those crazy prices!
