Turbine points missing

Still no reply to my inquiries. What's the next step - after not receiving a reply from the Account Support team on the matter? Is this an issue they can/will deal with over the phone or should it be limited to the web form inquiries only?

Good question. When I spoke to them on the phone yesterday, I was told they hadn't even started working on these types of problems and it would be another week or so. This morning, there are posts on the forums that they're working on these problem and if you submitted a ticket on 9/1, like I did, it should be fixed soon. At this point, I don't know which to believe.

We're 2 days past public launch, and 9 days past Head Start.... how long does it take to fix ONE bug/glitch? The micro-transaction system should be Turbine's #1 priority after server up-time right now. You've got a horde of people itching to play/pay and you can't even get the "reward" system for paying players working properly!? WHAT THE ****!?

I am missing a lot of points as well. I only have 600, but I was a VIP for the 999pts, was in beta 250, did the beta store buying 250, and should have a lot more than just 600, more like 2100 or something.

So I am reading that if your account is over 2 years old you get 1500 points? I subscribed originally during the pre-release of the game in early 2006 and sub(ed) for six months and have been inactive ever since.

I still have my founders title, and every character I create still gets the founders helm and pre-release amulet.

Did I misread this or am I supposed to get 1500 points?

I got the 400 points but still missing the 999 for being a paying customer on July 31.

One in game and two web tickets later I don’t even have a reply as of today.

I will wait a few more days then switch to free to play. With this kind of customer support, they don’t deserve my 14.99 a month.
