Turbine points missing

I noticed it is a stickied post but it really needs to fall in the dev tracker as well.

Since I cant read every section I read the:
- Dev Tracker (anything important should be here right???)
- New Posts ( where the news de juer is)

I know a lot of other people rely on these two tools to peruse the site for the latest info & discussions. Is this out of line to expect this topic to be tracked in Dev tracker?

Yep, no points here. In fact, I noticed my founder status on the forums is gone... I guess I didn't post for too many months? My last active sub month was Mar this year though.


I'm still worried because I saw 1497 points on the first day (logged in for a couple minutes only) and they were gone on day 2.


Anyway, can someone tell me if I should be taking some kind of support request action?

April 2006 + Active VIP I should have some points *sad*

I hope for them to atleast showup by the 9th when a few friends plan to join in on the full launch.

ok, and how long does it take?
i sent a ticket to there cause i have 2 accounts (one live and one from beta) with the beta one having 900 points and still nothing happened
also im missing like 799 points still iirc

I'm short 1500 points still, but I don't mind waiting until the 9th like my petition's last response recommended. My only worry is- should I not spend any points until I have all my points? I'm kinda worried about messing things up if I do.... but I'm a packrat and those huge collection bags make my eyes sparkle.

Help!!!!! I clicked on the link listed here, to try to put in a ticket for missing points and I got bounced around until I had 6 different windows open and still no luck, plz help.

As of 4:53pm cst, after a few emails back and forth with Turbine Service (initiated by the ticket), this has been straightened out for me. I now have ALL of my Turbine points.

Thank you Turbine for getting this handled.
I have to confess I was getting worried that Turbine may pull a Turbine, but in this you have satisfied me.

For those of you still not getting your points, Please keep trying and make sure you submit a ticket in the forums not in game.

I hope all get satisfaction.

Tuesday 9/8

DDO:EU + 7 days and still no more points.

Turbine, tickets were submitted over 7 days ago and not a peep from you. Submitted one in game and was told they couldn't help that I had to submit in Account Tracker (or whatever its called) in forums. Did that already but what the heck, I did it again on Monday.

How long should we wait?

Should we keep submitting new tickets every day?

Should we call you?

Should we send you money?

Do we need to take your ugly sister out on a date as a personal favor to you to get our issue taken care of?


Tomorrow is the BIG DAY, how busy will you be then and will you have time to help those of us STILL missing points when your busy answering all the new F2P players inquiries and playing with the new MY.DDO.COM???

OK, Turbine. I'm in the same boat. I've been waiting patiently since I submitted my ticket on 9/1, but I have not heard anything! My patience is at an end. Do I need to start flooding your system with additional tickets every day? Every hour?

Still no reply to my inquiries. What's the next step - after not receiving a reply from the Account Support team on the matter? Is this an issue they can/will deal with over the phone or should it be limited to the web form inquiries only?
