Angry New Error I've Never Seen Before

After playing all day after the servers went live(I had no issues with the update, etc...)

I logged off for a bit. Came back a few hours later, and here is the new error that I am now getting.

Tried a few things, like copy the contents of the backup folder, running the TurbineRegisterGdf, I even tried TDM just to see if it would allow it reupdate a missing/corrupted file.

Any ideas other than reinstalling DDO? I would love to get back into the game.

*And btw, the application event log reads:
    000000000.000: Invalid Command-line "D:\Games\Dungeons & Dragons Online - Stormreach\dndclient.exe" : You must specify an account name

Try uninstalling and reinstalling .Net 1.1 and its associated hotfix (service pack).

Open up the "uninstall a program" control panel option and look in the list for "Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1" and "Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 (Hotfix)” and uninstall both (starting with "Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1" and then the Hotfix which might give out an error but it should still remove from the list) and then download and reinstall them from the links below:

    Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1

    The 1.1 Service Pack (Hotfix)
