    Default Quest Bug : Water Works part 2

    Rescuing Arlos.
    Problem : Arlos gets hung on a crate and will not move off of it. Would like to finish without redoing whole quest. heres a screen shot of where he is stuck...

    ok after some tests and 15 minutes of hair pulling irritation... he finally jumped.
