so i logged in and my toon stands there wit his arms straight out..accually everybody looks like this...so i glide around...i can still jump and cast spells but no toon action...on my friends comp im functioning just fine but not mine...i relogged still there...i quit and now i cant get back on...says connection failed...any1 else having this prob?

Same problem
I have been trying to log in for almost 20 mins. It will mostly fail at the connection part but if it gets past that it just stalls at the update game data.

yup i keep getting ' a connection attempt failed' msg in the launcher, been happening on and off all day but now just red x all the time, really getting annoying now.
