Odd situation with Head Start

Had a beta key, never used it during beta. I just plugged it into my old turbine account and it showed up as Free, a creation date of 9/1, and a link (Get UNLIMITED Access) to subscribe for $14.99 a month for DDO VIP.

If I try and login now to the servers with the just installed client I see all the servers but they have a stop sign graphic. Am I correct in thinking even buying the DDO VIP thing wouldn't get me into the head start?

Changes made on the Account Management page do not always show immediately. They can actually take 1 hour (up to 24 hours at a maximum) to show in-game. They almost always require that you fully close and restart your game launcher. If you're still having issues today, please contact the Account Management department and they will be happy to look into this for you.
