I grabbed Wail and Mass Hold at 17 on my wizard. Wail is ****ING AWESOME! as long as not being used in the new content, where it hardly does anything (saves are a bit too high out there).
In the Vale and Shroud however, Wail is great! I haven't had that much fun clearing portals in a long time!
Mass Hold has been working more consistently, but not nearly enough for me to be satisfied.
