BSOD on loading instances.

Hello.
Having this problem: at random when i enter any building or quest zone (ie ones that loads some instances area) progress line stuck at like 5%, mouse cursor is still working. I can wait any amount of time and it will be same, when i try to alt+tab - it almost instantly gives me blue screen of death, and then i must reboot my system.
i'm using WinXP pro sp3, 4gb ram, video card ati x1950pro 256mb, and core 2 duo E4600 processor.

Try renaming your userpreferences.ini file (ie. "olduserpreferences.ini") and relaunching (it's in your "My Documents" > "Dungeons and Dragons Online" folder).


Also post your dxdiag when you get a chance (steps how are in the 'how to get help' sticky linked in my sig)
