Old Characters Missing

I bought the DDO box back in 2006 and played the free trial then payed for a monthly subscription. I had a few characters including a lvl10 wizard named Tatlinka, a paladin named Arphazon and others. I also had a guild named Circle of Light. I believe they were on the Argonnesson server. I checked all the servers and cant find any of my characters.

I played in the closed beta under the same account but a different subscription(my ddo).
I understand the beta characters are gone but where are my characters from my old paid subscription?

It sounds like you may have 2 subscriptions on the same account.
(Subscriptions = set of characters, account = login name).

I'd recommend contacting the Account Management department for clarification and assistance.
