Here I thought I would have issues with glancing blows, DA, and WoP nerf... I didnt realize there could be something to anger me more. To be fair, those issues bug me but I will adapt. No, my issue is with seeing peoples guild rank next to their guild name. It should not be public knowledge how a guild operates and who are the officers and members, and leaders of guilds. That should be private information inside the guild that leaves the members to decide if they want to inform people of their rank in their bios.

This has a further irritation in that my guild is not just the letter o... For those that don't know, it is supposed to look like an eye. <o> now it doesn't look right anymore.

Please remove this feature!

On a side note, if it is possible for the guild leader or member to shut it off please ignore this rant and let me know how to shut it off

Dont get me wrong, I am so very glad to see the new changes and appreciate all the hard work that has been done, but my tag was a symbol. <o>......now it looks......silly?

Does anyone know if there is a way to disable this feature?

LoL....I was beginning to think that I was the only one that was a little bugged by that. I've looked through the options and didn't see a way to turn off the guild status or ranks from the guild name.

Anyone find or know if this can be taken off using options?

Aside from this, I love the new things I've found in game....and look forward to seeing some of the newer high level quest. Good start from what I've seen so far .

I was also annoyed by this when I saw it for the first time last night. If they're going to keep this in the game, I'd like to see 2 options added: 1. I'd like to see an option to toggle whether or not other people can see my ranking in my guild. 2. I'd like to see another option to toggle whether or not other characters' guild ranks are shown to me at all. Or just remove this feature all together, which would probably be easier.

Because IMHO it's none of anyone's business except those in the guild... who already have access to the information.

Because, judging by some of the whining, some folks have a problem with "pecking order"...

Maybe you had some "member" of a guild running around, pretending he was an "officer" or "leader" and now, we see them for what they truly are - peons.

(Seriously, if you take offense to this post, lighten up. Same goes to those who have an issue with this change to names / tags).

As this feature is now I think it's silly, and redundant, does member really need to be next to every members name, I mean, we can assume that since they are in the guild they are a member. Also in the guild I'm in everyone is an officer.

And it makes some guild names incredibly long, yes I could switch it off, but I like to see guild names.

Now, it does sound fun for when we can change these titles to FUN titles Like Top Gnoob.

Was I not clear in my original post? ... Showing what should be private guild business should not be allowed to happen. Also the added bonus of wrecking my guild tag.

On a side note, this has nothing to do with a "pecking order". We are a small guild where everyone is an officer anyways. My problem is the principle of the matter.

Please fix this so that the guild leader at least has the option to shut it off for all guild members.
