Merging accounts

Hey there,

I have submitted a ticket to request a merger of my superfluous "My DDO" account with my "premium" account in order to use the beta rewards on the account I will be actively using. My question is this: What's the expected turn around time on something like this? Am I going to be waiting 1-2 weeks for a response or 2-3 days? I'm sure account services is getting a few of these requests, so I understand if there will be a wait. Just hoping to get an "ETA".

Please note that "premium services" are NOT the same as "account management". On the website "premium services" refers to just renaming your character/guild or moving your character from one server to another You should be using the account management links for account issues. I will be modifying that page to clarify this for our newer players
