In Search of a n00b 28 Pt Intimidate Fighter Build

Hi All,

I (and a small group of friends) are starting DDO this evening.
It is my turn in our ragtag collection to play the tank type, and I am struggling to find a good template for a brand new player to follow for a 28pt Intimidate Fighter build.

I will have no tomes, nothing at all. Just my 28pts to spend

Could someone be so kind as to point me in the direction of a template or give me some pointers?

In short my role is the archetypal tank. Stand there, annoy the mobs, have the hit me and let the others take care of business.
Secondary DPS would be nice for the solo times I am on, but tanking is my main role.
Any race is fine, class splashing is ok too if necessary.

Any help is greatly appreciated, as I will be rolling him tonight )

Two of the original (mostly, don't flame me here) 28 point intimitanks were Riot's and Borror0's. Below are the links. I haven't read them in awhile, but they both started out as 28 point builds and evolved from there. Very good reading, even if you go in a different direction.

I based my Human intimitank loosely on Borror0's build. I liked the Paladin splash for saves.
