can't open the data files. check that they exist and that you have permission to write to them. the program will now exit.

same error here. I have downloaded and run the turbine download manager. is there any quick fix?

Ditto. Used Turbine manager to Download. Tried validate and repair. Option seems to be nonfunctional and does not appear to do anything

yep. all tdm is bugged apparently.

try the repair option on tdm. maybe it works.

yep. the 400 mb of missing files did the trick after I had to wait for it to verify the entire 4.8 gb of a clean install.
