Does the capstone stack with a weapon that already has Good Burst already on it? IE Triple Positive Green Steel weapon
"Any weapon you wield is considered Good aligned for the purpose of bypassing damage reduction, deals 1d6 additional holy damage against all evil opponents, and deals an additional 2d6 light damage against evil undead or evil outsiders."

The use of
the word "additional" would leave me beleiving that it does stack.

It probably falls under the "different sources" clause. Enhancements (which the capstone technically is) always stack with item based bonuses.
