Best new server build for rogue/wiz

Hey everyone,
I am thinking about what to play on the new server and at least for now, 32pt builds are not available. Drow can be bought with TP so it seems that a drow build might be the best overall, however there are a lot of advantages to going WF, but then it will be a 28pt build. Any thoughts as to the advantages or disadvantages of either. I think ultimately this will be a rogue2/wiz18.
