Ok, a friend of mine is trying to renew his account and can not remember his password/email. I've dug through the support FAQs and Knowledge base... and ALL it does is tell me to CONTACT account management... but here is the kicker.
YOU CAN'T!!!
it all redirects to the freaking knowledge base!!!
Someone please give me the stupid AM email or some WORKING link that he can use to submit the required info (which he has on hand) to sort out his problem...IE this info...

Who do I contact if I forgot my Username?
When you initially registered your account, you a received confirmation email. This confirmation email included your Username. Also, please be aware that the Username and Password that you use to log into LOTRO is the same Username and Password used to log into myaccount.turbine.com!
Please contact Turbine Account Management if you have forgotten your Username and cannot retrieve the confirmation email.
When contacting Turbine Account Management, please provide as much of the following information as possible:
*
first and last name on the account (required)
*
first and last name on the credit card on the account
*
last 4 digits of the credit card on the account
*
billing address of the credit card on the account
*
product key that you used to create the account (if possible)
*
name of character on account (if possible)
*
name of server that the character is on (if possible)
If you used a game card instead of a credit card, please provide the 25-digit game card that you used to create your account (if possible).
