Default Need Help or an answer please.

    Under subsription plan it says

    Trial/Guest Subscription
Next Billing Date: September 5, 2009
Change Billing Options | Cancel Subscription

is this what it is suppose to read before it updates for me? since people were saying it could take a couple hours for everything to go through? is that true? because I cant send tells to anyone or do the "member" only features.

You'll actually want to look on the right of the red/gold DDO subscription area. Under the blue "Game Version History" does it list "Stormreach™ Standard" and "Stormreach™ Trial"? If you only have the Trial version then the upgrade didn't complete. If you have both, then do keep in mind that it can take an hour to 24 hours to update sometimes in-game, and generally requires that you fully close and restart your game launcher.

If you have more questions about your specific account, or if it didn't upgrade but you can't add your key again for any reason, please contact the Account Management department. If you call, please have the product key ready, and if you email, please include the key in the mail. Options for both are in my signature.

Victorie, I spoke with this fellow at length this evening in game. I explained to him exactly where to find game version on his billing account by having my own open and talking him through it. He subscribed Thursday but still cannot send tells in game. His account is basically acting like a trial account. Also if he subscribed yesterday shouldn't his renewal date be 30 days from yesterday and not September 5th? Under game version it is blank it states neither standard nor trial.

I understand his worry. The game goes subscriber only on Tuesday yet his account is still in trial mode even though he upgraded. I have promised to do what I can to help him resolve this and he will be phoning account management on Monday but with all the servers down etc it may be too late for Tues deadline.

If at all possible could you please help this fellow out. It seems he's already been bit by the DDO bug and is well on his way to being addicted like the rest of us.

    Thanks in advance.

I am sorry, we can't assist with Account specific issues via the forums. I can give some general advice, but if it still isn't working then you'll need to contact the Account Management department. Email and phone options are in my signature.
