What goes for a weapon like this? in plat, larges, tomes, or nice items ect.

The only catch is, few people seem to use Bastard Swords. I have a sort of battlemage that bothered to take the exotic feat but it was mostly a whim...I was using my Khopeshes elsewhere.

It's a good weapon, you'll just find some of the demand lacking.

id say its still worth at least a large scale for it even if u dont have the proficiency for it he doesnt havea high to hit roll anyhow. great damage from that weapon but u may find it a touch difficult to find someone wanting the bastard sword is all

I have a WF ftr/paly/rngr that duel wields BS's.......but i am broke. Will gladly take a donation though.....not sure if you will have an easy time selling/trading it.

Like I said though, I woul dlove to take it off of your hands......

When I get home I will see what I have and what I can offer I have a fighter that uses bastard swords and when he gets to the shroud that would a be agreat weapon.

Unfortunately a few days camping the House D vendor can get most anyone a +3 - +5 transmuting bastard sword of Pure Good for about 130K gold. I have picked up 2 +5 of these in the last month alone for my Kensai twf bastard sword user.

Depending on what effects you put on your Min II, the Min II should be better than the weapon in the OP. The only weapon that usually beats a Min II is a +2-4 Holy Burst silver of Greater Evil Outsider Bane

I have a chaotic tank that uses b_astard swords.

I would be slightly interested in it.

The main problem is I only have one character that uses that weapon type because afterwards I became enlightened in that Khopeshes are the way to go. Whereas, I have mutliple dwarven axe users and multiple khopesh users.

As someone stated, buying weapons at the vendor is just as convenient for buying transmuters of pure good. I too have been purchasing those. If I would have seen that weapon at the vendor I would have purchased it.

I will offer a +1 tome of your choice.

With MOD 9 and level 20 cap, I figure my chances of pulling this weapon or BETTER have gone up drastically.
