    Default Cannot complete launcher.

    I keep getting to the last bit of the download, and when it opens the read me file and is supposed to launch the game, it instead says "you cannot run this application with administrative priveledges. Please try again without running as administrator." Huh?

    Goto DDO.com HELP and type in your error message. It should be able to point you in the right direction
