So, Messin with weird builds and this might actually work out well..
9 Favored Soul/9Wizard/2 Ranger Full Range Specced.
Of course, I give up the Ranged speed increase first and foremost, but the 9 FvS gives me a coupleLongbow benefits inthe form of Divine Power for Ful BAB and Divine Favor for +3 Damage/ToHit which is nice.
Wizard levels give me some nice buffs and arcane flavor to the build. Ranger for Bow Str and Rapid SHot.
Other concepts might be 18FvS/2Ranger w/ Mental TOughness feat.
