Alignment for a WF Wizard/Rogue?

I am in the process of building my new wizard - and can't seem to nail down a reason to go for one alignment over another.

Any advice?

If you plan to keep UMD maxed, then true neutral is about as good as it gets. Combined with a 20+ UMD, True Neutral lets you use any weapon effect in the game without penalty, allows you to use taint of evil items, and prevents most of the damage from alignment spells.

The one downside is you can't use the rez ring from shrieking mines.
