Are you paying through paypal, or using a credit card from a non-USA bank/company? Third party internet payment things often have extra charges tacked on. If you are from a place that doesnt use US currency, then you can have both extra charges tacked on for the conversion, as well as the price change depending on your countrie's currency compared to the US currency. For example, canadians are likely paying about 17CAN$ instead of 15US$
