My fighter toon stats are str 17 dex 17 con 17 race halfing

1. if i put heavy armor my balance and jump decreases when i wear chain armor it remains same so i always go for chain armor

2. have taken khopesh feat and have twf feat are khopesh best.

3. when i level up further do i always use chain armor to keep my jump and balance good.

Armor Classs (AC) is way more important than Jump and Balance. So try to max your AC, and then look how to raise your skills.

Yes, Kopesh have the best DPS, but remember to take the whole TWF feat chain, not only the 1st feat when you level up, or you miss out the highest DPS boosting feats.

No, you will use the armor that gives the highest AC you can get. Jump and Blance will raise automatically when you invest skillpoints into them when leveling up.
