Turbine folks have been taking a lot of hits lately, and I'm not sayin that all of it is wrong. But I try to make it a point in my life that if I'm going to open my mouth about something, I should do it in good times too, not just the bad.
Sunday night I found out I had a problem with a credit card and my account was deactivated. I won't go into the details, but I wanted to say that (after I finally was able to speak to someone on the phone) customer service rep Katie helped me out immediately, pleasantly, and without hesitation or any sort of trouble that I have come to expect from telephone support (in general) these days.
