    Default Error : We are unable to process you information

    Trying to buy a digital copy of DDO from the turbine store has given me this error message. Please inform me what I'm supposed to do. It is a visa gift card and I know the info is correct.

    I'm sorry you're experiencing this error. Unfortunately, we can't look up or see reasons for specific errors - and that error can be caused by many things. However, if you contact the Account Management department, they can review the store order, and I'm sure they'll be happy to assist you with the purchase.
