Default New laptop and can't get game to start downloading

When I click to download the game, both standard and high res version. Then the do you want to run or save pop up comes up like it's supposed to. But when I click save, nothing happens, and when I click run, it goes to 100% in like 3 seconds....then does nothing....

It's an HP Pavilion dv6-1050us Entertainment Notebook.

    Help please!!

I'd try clearing the cookies history and cache in your browser, also if its firefox make sure that the "always save to desktop" option isn't on, if it is it just defaults to saving files on the Windows desktop. Also if you run any download accellerators you may need to disable those.

    DDO Download

    Clearing files in IE:
Tools > Internet Options > General (tab) > Delete Files... (browsing history section) > Delete buttons next to "History" "Cookies" and "Temporary Internet Files".

    Clearing files in Firefox:
Tools > Clear Private Data > select "Browswing History" "Cache" and Cookies"

Be sure to check Spam/Junk Mail folders as well since most email providers do not let external email programs or cell phones download mail flagged this way.
