launcher problems

i was just plaing the game not more than 2 hours ago when all of a sudden I got stuck in the game so i restarted client. But when the splash screen was trying to go thru its checklist on te updating thing it wont go all its doing is counting a timer down ad i get a red x and the timer starts again. its been more than 2 hours and its still going thru the timer. I evan deleted the whole downloaded game and reinstalled it and i am getting the same thing

I dont have the live version only the beta one and i dont have a DDO backup like it says
But i havent been able to play since 1 am on 8/13 and its now 10am and i still cant play

I'm having the same problem. I did have the backup file and followed the steps and still cant get it to work.
