    Default Technical question about payment method

    Hi. After trial subscription is expired, we've paid for subscription in store by our master card #1. But when it's expired in a month, we're not going to use this card, we're going to pay by our mastercard #2. The question is: how to cancel this current payment method (without knowing details of our mastercard #2 because we haven't get it yet) ?

    And the second question: what means button "cancel" ( after "Next Billing Plan*:* Takes effect on your Next Billing Date * Change Billing Options* " ) ? Does it cancel payment method or does it "freeze" subscription (or cancels subscription - but I don't understand,if we've already paid money, what's the reason to cancel ?...) or something else ?

    The cancel button allows you to keep playing until your next billing date. It then stops access to the account and does not try to charge the card on file.

    In order to stop payment until you have your new MasterCard, I would recommend canceling your account until you are able to enter the new MasterCard. Once you get the new card, you can click the "Payment Method" button on the blue bar at the top of the page to update the credit card.
