Human Monk

Hi,
I've only been playing DDO for about 3 weeks now, and I currently have a level 5 dwarf barbarian. A couple of my friends started at the same time I did so we have to choose our own job in our group. For example, i'm the tank, don't forget this, i'll bring it uo later, another one of my friends is a cleric, and so on. I enjoy my character very much but I would like something a little less then...How do I put this..."Head straight for the action". I realize that monks could make good tanks if you make them right. And that's where you come in. I need a good build, or any build for a monk human tank. I'm at a standstill, heck, before I read somewhere in a different forum I didn't even know monks could use quarterstaffs.

Any help is appreciated, and remember, I said "HELP".
