Holy Sword spell?

Ok having this discussion with a friend, he says that Holy Sword spell will bypass Shroud DR, I said it shouldn't as the component at the vendors is cold iron, not silver.

Oddly enough neither of us have high level Paladins to check this out.

Anyone know if it doess bypass the silver requirement somehow?

the holy sword makes it silver, flametouched iron, cold iron and one more i think, yes, it will bypass shroud DR

Holy Sword counts as Good and counts as all material types (silver, cold iron, etc.) It does not mention this "transmuting" effect anywhere in the descriptions.

Is that now true for actual Holy weapons, as well, or just for the conjured weapon from the spell?
