crit rage ?

I started to roll up a barb in prep for mod 9 with the plan to go frenzied B, but now with the delay i find myself in the positon to pick up crit rage 1-2 , the compendium has changed and im not sure what the prereqs are can anyone post em up quick for me?

If you rolled your barb (even at lvl 1), just check the box in your enhancent page that says "show unavailable". It will then display crit rage and tell you it's requirements.
