That's right. I can't seem to loot anything besides +2 Tomes of Leadership and Influence. I have 5 sitting in my bank right now, gathering dust. I'll trade them for other stuff, and since +2 CHA tomes aren't worth much, Ill add in: pp, silver bows, duskhearts, +1 tomes, or even multiple +2 CHA tomes to sweeten the deal.
