Hireling non-responsive

Hello, this is the second time this occured. I just started a quest zone (marketplace) and had a level 4 cleric with me...5 min into the quest, she just stops moving. I cant get her to heal, follow...nothing.

I've tried every button on the hotbar and nothing.

The in-game support was quick to answer...that they couldn't (wouldn't?) help at all.

I r frustrated.

Anyone have any 'tricks' to jolt them back into action?

My clerics move, I just cannot get them to heal or raise dead or give out Dvs.

They seem to be on their own timer. Or, if I finally decide to RAISE DEAD with an item or scroll, THEN they do it.

DVs, at certain times just do not work at all. But they are used up.

I have begun to compile my cleric hireling problems and it will take awhile to get some comprehensive data.
