I would like to become a VIP but there is nothing to help me do that.
The website has no buy it now button and i cant seem to find any other way
I tried going to customer support and it just sends me to this place or to the turbine main one and
never a place with info for emailing, calling or evan snail mailing.
I mean if u dont want people to become VIPS just say so
but i would like to take advantage of all that the game has to offer

In between now and release date (Sep 9) I believe that they've disabled buying the game via the online store:

"The exciting transition from Stormreach to DDO Unlimited is underway! Before launch day, there are some things to be mindful of as we prepare for the coming of Free to Play!

Buy Now/Upgrade

I went to EB games and picked up a full version for $10...if that helps.

i dont want to keep having to spend big bucks up front just so i can go to the places my friends have.
shoot i am on a fixed income and cant just come up with money here or there for the points

I still would like to be a VIP before the 9th and get on the early play
I think its wrong to lock us out until the 9th and not be allowed to take advantage of the early playing for VIPs
when we are trying to become one.

I evan have a friend who is a VIP and wanted to try and play on ur servers that have been going for like 3 years now and he cant do that either

If you can't purchase the game from the store at http://store.turbine.com/ and use the key they send you to upgrade the account, but you do have a credit card, then I encourage you to contact the Account Management department. They may be able to assist.
