changing active button bar

I have three button bars for my cleric. The bar marked 1 has my main activities, but sometimes my 1-10 keys are activating things on bar 2 or 3. I looked in some sources but cannot find out how to change it back to bar 1, anyone know?

it will be under key mapping in your ui settings

<CTRL> + <-> and <CTRL> + <=> swap active toolbars. Or <CTRL> + roll the mousewheel.

If this gets too annoying you can remap a modifier key for a secondary hotbar (any hotbar but number 1 is a secondary hotbar)

For example, I have <ALT> + <1> mapped to hotbar 2, button 1; <ALT> + <2> mapped to hotbar 2, button 2 etc...
