Ron,
I'd like to suggest a feature.
Auto-spend skill points: When this option is turned on, several drop-down boxes will appear with all trainable skills listed. Select a skill to automatically spend the maximum number of points on it each level. Skills will be prioritized in order of selection, so if you only have enough points to spend on 5 skills, and you have 6 skills selected, the lowermost dropdown box will be ignored.
This would cut down on the time spent manually incrementing skill points, particularly for characters who will be selecting the same ones every level anyway.
heya Ron, don't know if it's gonna be a big trouble, but would you mind doing a bit of fix up with the stats that enhancements check at each lvl?
like make it so the tomes would be noted at the same level, but after skills yet before enhancements o_O
PS: Greensteel RUINED the game! and you all know it!
less buffing, more nerfing!!!
to make it easier for those of you that wants to avoid me in game, all my characters are in "Bladesworn Mercenaries"
I'll discuss it with the team. I agree, this is one of the most tedious parts of the planner, especially when you are just selecting the same skills for every level. Maybe we can come up with something.
Hmmm, I thought this was already the case, but I'll check into it. You are right, the enhancements SHOULD detect the tomes "at level" rather than at "next level".

While we're suggesting things:
Completionist (once they allow more than 2 TRs) grants +2 to each stat and skill. Any chance we could see those numbers in the planner?
Person Æ, SarlonaTanka (Elf Tempest Trapper) .:. Darani (Aasimar Inquisileric) .:. Raelyth (Elf Artifonk)
Great tool, I am looking forward to a TR feature.

Sure was nice of Turbine to give us our guild its own avatar.
no suggestion for this post nor bug report
just a general /hug to Ron

Hey Ron this may or may not be ot but check out this site:
http://nwn2db.com/
This is a similar type of project to what you are doing but for a different game. It is similar though because it is for nwn2 which is a dnd based game so there are tons of similarities between this site and your program.
A couple of things that I really like about the site I linked to:
- the skill point picker. That thing is vastly slicker and more user frieldy. you can tell it "max every level" or other options to basically auto populate skill points without having to manually type them in every level.
- the feat layout and selection: despite the fact that the game that site is a builder for has maybe 3 or 4x as many feats as DDO, it is easier to pick feats with that site due to the layout and presentation of the feat selection. This could be extended to enhancement selection in your program (no such thing as enhancements in the game the site is for).
Anyway great work on your program, it's very useful. not at all trying to knock your program just trying to provide some constructive input.
Thanks!
Oh and p.s. If I have 1 request it would be for a checkbox to "hide feats I don't qualify for at this time". This way you can toggle all the feats on or off, and if you want to only look at the feats you can take cool, then with a click of a button you can look at *all* the feats so you can read up on the prereqs and know what you need to take to get feat xyz. Same thing for enhancements.
As it is lets say you take 2 monk or rogue lvls in a build, well from then on you need to see each and every rogue or monk enhancement every single lvl. Most of those enhancements you will never qualify for so no need for them to even display.
Another option for enhancements would be to pre-populate the character lvls before you start building. this way you could basically tell the program that you are only taking x # of lvls in a class and it will only show you the enhancements for that class you will be able to qualify for. no snence is showing me the monk capstone when I'm only takin 2 monk lvls, ya know?

It appears that the Bard song Inspire Heorics is missing from the planner
Lookin for sumthin to kill!!
Will equipment be working in next release? And monk AC bonus and wis to AC showing up on calc page?
Odd bug. I'm using this save file:
http://www.inthecore.com/Kabraxis20.txt
My final ability point increase is CON. In the print out it works fine and shows CON. In the forum export, when I do build replication, its showing that final ability point as STR.

I am almost done, should be within a couple of weeks barring anymore delays (like replaceing my hard drive today).
Hmm. I look into and see what I can find out if Ron doesn't beat me to it
PS. Anyone know of a free utility that will let me do a full restore disk of my hard drive
