No, I'm afraid not, sorry. The planner does not interact with DDO at all. That's entirely on purpose.

Any updates planned for Reincarnations(34/36 Point Builds and 30 points for Drows)?

Aye, I'm going to have to get out the next version so people stop running into this bug. We (by which I mean "Dragon" mostly) have fixed everything that's been reported so far (and given the massive changes to the code in 3.12, I'm really very happy that the reported bugs were all relativley minor other than the barbarian crash problem).
The holdup is on my end. I wanted to add at least the feat prereqs to the prereq display system for feats, and I just haven't gotten to it yet. But I'll try to get to it today so we can get a new version out.

Alright, gang, I just uploaded version 3.14. This version addresses the bugs that have been reported since the release of 3.12. I've also removed the BETA designation, since the last release was reasonably bug free (or at least the bugs that were reported were easily fixed, heh). Some of the highlights include:
- Barbarian Past Life will no longer crash the program when selected
- Barbarain, Sorcerer, and Favored Soul Past lives will now properly affect HP and SP
- Feats will once again display all of their prepreqs in the description box
- Further work was done on the new Item Builder Screen
One thing I have to mention about the feat prereq display system. This is a new system, and it is pretty much the same system that is used for enhancements, in that prereqs are now color coded (red, yellow, or green)
The colors correspond to these catagories:
Green - Your character fullfills that prereq
Red - Your character does not fullfill that prereq, feat unavailable for selection
Yellow - Your character does not fullfill that prereq, and the prereq is one among several, of which only one is required to qualify for the feat (in other words, you only need to have ONE of the prereqs listed in green among the set of yellow prereqs in order to qualify for the feat).
Now, having said that, the color coding system isn't finished yet. It currently only works for Race, Class, or Feat requirements. Other types of requirements (such as minimum BAB, ability scores, or enhancements) will always display in their fail color (Red or Yellow), even if you fullfill the requirement. Note that this is a display issue only. The planner still correctly calculates if you have fullfilled a requirement for purposes of feat selection.
So don't panic if something comes up in red that you are sure you have fullfilled. It's not affecting your ability to take the feat.

Wow!
Nice work! That was fast!
Now if only Turbine could come out with something interesting for met to input...LOL
Hi Ron and Dragon.Star,
I don't know if it's a bug or me not grasping the rules but here is what I found.
-1st level taken as a rogue;
-2nd level taken as a ranger;
-3rd level taken as a ranger.
From there, a 2nd level of ranger gives me automatic TWF. In the feat selection of my third level, I get an error if I select Oversized TWF. It says that I don't have the prereg (TWF).
Is it a bug?
Thanks in advance!
++EDIT++
The error disappears when I get to level 4! Meaning that lvl 3 is no more flashing in red!

Yeah, sounds like a bug. Those automatic ranger feats can be tricky with multiclass builds. I'll take a look at it.

Not sure if I this has been posted but, at level 20, I had put CON as my ability point increase. The Forum Export shows it as STR. It prints proper, and shows that I did CON when building the character, its just on the Forum Export that its incorrect.

I've just been manually patching my files, but one of the Enhancement prereqs for Paladin Defender of Siberys II is listed as "Paladin Rally", and the enhancement that you can actually select in the builder is "Paladin: Rally". The colon causes it to not count.

Clicked on Equip and tried to utilize it, but when I clicked slots for items, it was registering a click on underlying screen for build.

Possible bug under Enhancements for 17 Cleric/3 Paladin
Paladin Improved Turning I not listed (not that I would use it for this build).

Hi Ron and Dragon.Star,
I'm trying to build a monk and I stumbled upon this:
I'm at lvl 19, I have 19 dex and I can't select the "Grandmaster of Storms" enhancement!!! The req are 18 dex and "Master of thunder". Both of which I have!
Thanks again for this great program
