If I buy a box today?

If I find a DDO box in a store today and buy it, will I be able to apply it to my beta account so I can play live for the next month before F2P comes out?

Does the store box come with 30 days play like most other games?

If I do this and play on the live servers for 30 days, when the game switches to F2P and my subscription time expires, what will be the restrictions on my account (# of characters, races available, classes available)? From reading it sounds like any drow/warforged/monk characters I make will become unplayable until purchased, is that correct? I cant find any hard info on how many character slots will be usable.

Will there be any difference if I buy a box and activate the key AFTER the game changes to F2P?

If you can find a box from a retailer, it can still be applied to an account (Trial, Referral or Beta) to upgrade and provide full access. Please be sure that you're buying the US version (not Codemasters) and that it is not used.

The box does include 30 days when upgrading a Trial, Referral or Beta subscription. This won't change regardless of when you add it.
